This coursework Masters develops excellence in people management, enhancing the ability of leaders and managers to make meaningful contributions to organizational success.
It will provide students with the ability to respond to people management challenges within contemporary organizations, and develop skills in communication, teamwork, critical thinking and problem-solving.
This coursework degree will ensure graduates are business-driven HR professionals, with expertise in people management.
Non standard timetable requirements
Some units may be delivered in an intensive (weekend) mode.
Practicum option
Students will develop a broad range of work related skills in a public, private or not-for-profit organization at a management level.
Attendance requirements
Students must complete a minimum of 100 hours in an approved work environment. Host organizations may require students to attend work after hours and on the weekends.
Clearances and/or Risk Management Protocols Required
Students must participate in an induction on the requirements and procedures for completing work placement including documentation and risk management.

Applicants must have completed a Bachelor degree; or Equivalent prior learning including at least five years relevant professional experience. English Language Requirements accepted: Academic IELTS: An overall band score of 6.5, with no individual band less than 6.0; TOEFL: Minimum score of 573, including Test of Written English of 5 or better; TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 84, with no individual score less than 17; PTE Academic 58, with no score less than 50 for postgraduate standard entry courses; University of Cambridge [Cambridge English: Advanced]: Pre-2015: A score between 58 - 66 with no less than 'Borderline' in any element of the test. Post-2015: An overall score of 176, with no individual band less than 169.

All applicants are required to have an AQF Level 7 Bachelor degree in a discipline other than Human Resource Management, or an AQF Level 8 Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, with equivalents considered. Alternatively applicants can be considered based on a minimum of 5 years relevant professional work experience or apply with a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or apply with equivalent prior learning, including at least five years appropriate professional experience.
