This combination of business and psychology gives students the knowledge and skills through a multidisciplinary understanding of human behaviour in a corporate environment. Students will gain practical experience and transferable employability skills including leadership, teamwork, critical thinking, communication and problem-solving and will also graduate with a qualification in human resource management as well as in psychology. Majors you can study in this course Human Resource Management Course structure Students are required to complete: 16 Commerce units, comprising 7 Core units, an 8-unit Human Resource Management Major and one Elective unit; plus 16 Psychology units. Note: Psychology units are required to be completed in strict year sequence.
