Hotel Management Major Created in consultation with industry, students graduate with real world knowledge and employability skills required by leading hotels, resorts and hospitality businesses. This major covers the key aspects required for managing these types of organizations and their operations including food and beverage management, rooms division management, service management, international resort and facilities management, financial management and strategic management. Using industry standard software and facilities, students will be equipped with the practical skills needed to function as a business professional and industry leader in the contemporary hotel management sector.
