To be able to accurately use, interpret and draw inference from information gathered as evidence to support routine and strategic decision-making. Knowledge of key governance debates in the academic and grey literatures. A critical understanding of the central concepts relating to public administration, public management and public policy. Awareness of the strengths, weaknesses and suitability of selected quantitative and qualitative methods for gathering data.
