Progress your career in early childhood education and care with advanced skills in planning and management When you complete the Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, you’ll be able to work at a senior level in a variety of children’s service environments. This course is based on the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework and has an emphasis on play-based learning. Throughout the program, you’ll learn more about best practice and quality assurance, planning for children with additional needs, networking, effective communication, family partnerships, childhood development (aesthetic, creative, physical), music programs, and health and safety. Experienced teachers, who are experts in the field, will guide you through the program, which can be delivered online, on site, or as a traineeship to fit in with your work or lifestyle.
