The Religion and Theology degree will enable you to understand and explain the ways in which religion significantly shapes the world. This course offers a rare opportunity to study the subject at home and abroad. In years one and two you will explore key issues of world religions and learn how scholars approach the subject. After successfully completing years one and two, you will have the opportunity to spend the third year abroad at one of our partner universities. We currently have partnerships with institutions in Asia, Australia, Canada, the USA and continental Europe. During year four you will explore the theme of comparative religions and take optional units that enable you to focus on a theme or pursue broader issues. Students will be assessed through Written exams, Practical exams and Coursework.
