Overview Get ready for a career in sports and exercise. La Trobe’s Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science is for people who want a practical career in exercise, fitness and sport. Our course prepares you for a career in amateur and professional sports teams, sports organizations, fitness centres, health promotion, and exercise for health and wellbeing. You’ll study physiology, anatomy, biomechanics, neuroscience, skill acquisition, performance analysis, exercise prescription, injury prevention, high performance training, sports nutrition and psychology. During the course, you’ll build on this foundation as you apply your theory and practice to a variety of professional work placements. This course also offers a pathway to La Trobe’s other Masters’ courses, including the Master of Physiotherapy Practice, Master of Sports Analytics and other allied health courses.
