A double degree of Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science allows you to combine your chosen Arts degree with a range of science skills to enhance your employability. The Bachelor of Arts degree allows you to study across several skill and knowledge-bases in many different fields of study with plenty of flexibility. Combining this with your chosen major within the Bachelor of Science will give you success in many different careers and let you do it in less time than if you were completing two separate degrees.
Professional accreditation
The Information Technology major and the Computing major of this program are accredited at professional level by the Australian Computer Society and, through the Seoul Accord, is recognized in other countries.
The Bachelor of Science (Psychology) major is fully accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council as a three-year sequence of study.

Students must have a recognized previous academic qualification. These qualifications are for standard entry and are based on comparisons with Australian year 12 level examinations. English language requirements: IELTS (Academic only) - 6.0 (or better) (no component lower than 5.5); TOEFL (paper based) - 550 (or better) (with a minimum Test of Written English Score of TWE 4.5); TOEFL (electronic or computer based) - 213 (or better) (with essay rating of at least 4.5); TOEFL (internet based) - 80 (or better) (with 19 minimum in all bands); Pearson (PTE Academic) - 50 (or better) (with no communicative score less than 50); Cambridge English Scale Scores for FCE, CAE and CPE3 - Cambridge English: First (FCE) with a score of 169 or above. No less than 162 in each skill.

To apply for an undergraduate (or your first) university degree at USQ, you must have a recognised previous academic qualification. These qualifications are for standard entry and are based on comparisons with Australian year 12 level examinations. GCE A Levels - minimum grade of D or better in GCE A-level English; GCE O Levels - minimum grade of C or better in GCE O-level English; International Baccalaureate (IB) - English B Standard Level grade 5, higher level (A1 or A2) grade 4.
