Duration International student visa holders can only study full-time. Electives and program structure The Graduate Certificate in Project Management consists of 8 courses. The courses are designed to enable you to work as a highly skilled project manager who has the potential and knowledge to succeed in various organizations that operate in project based sectors and organizations that manage projects. Career Upon graduation you will be able to perform a broad range of roles ranging from the conceptualization and planning stages, through to project delivery and evaluation. You will be able to interpret issues, and confidently provide expert project management advice applicable to diverse industries. You will be experienced in team-based and individually led project management practice. Pathway options When you successfully complete the Graduate Certificate in Project Management you are guaranteed entry into the Graduate Diploma in Project Management with 1 semester of advanced standing (equivalent to 48 credit points). Alternatively, you can gain entry from a range of RMIT undergraduate programs. Further study When you successfully complete the Graduate Diploma in Project Management you are guaranteed entry into the Master of Project Management (generic stream of study) with 2 semesters of advanced standing (equivalent to 96 credit points). This pathway does not apply to the Master of Project Management specialized streams in: Engineering, Information Technology or Post Disaster Project Management. Alternatively, you may be eligible for entry into other RMIT postgraduate programs.
