Postgraduate Diploma in Accountancy structure Part I These regulations are to be read in conjunction with all other Statutes and Regulations of the University including the General Regulations for Postgraduate Degrees, Diplomas and Certificates. Part II Course Requirements To qualify for the award of the diploma, a candidate shall have passed at least 120 approved masterate credits of which 90 credits shall be from those listed in the Schedule below. Courses 110.710 Contemporary Issues in Financial Accounting 110.711 Advanced Accounting Theory 110.717 Research Methods in Accounting 110.792 Special Topic 110.799 Research Report Successful candidates who achieve a minimum B- grade average in the PGDipAcc may proceed to the MBS. 110.717 must be included in the PGDipAcc and must be passed before enrolling in the research report/thesis.
