This programme is designed to give you experience in producing creative and effective outcomes using current digital technology.
You'll learn how to apply creative theory to practical, real-world projects. You'll also be given the opportunity to explore your own cultural and personal interests through research and practical application in design and creative contexts.
Programme structure
To complete this Certificate you are required to complete a minimum total of 60 credits.
To be a full time student you need to maintain a workload of 120 credits per year. We recommend you talk with us to ensure you choose electives to benefit your future career.

Academic requirements
Students are required to complete international qualifications equivalent to New Zealand NCEA qualification. Entry requirements vary from country to country.
Alternative requirements
Skills for tertiary study (including literacy and numeracy) may be acquired through study , work and/or life experience . Students who can demonstrate these skills may be approved for alternative entry. Literacy and numeracy assessments are available.
Additional requirements
Applicants are required to submit a portfolio or other evidence to demonstrate their creative work.

IELTS test - General or Academic score of 5.5 with no band score lower than 5
SPEAKING - 5.0

TOEFL Paper-based test (pBT) - Score of 550 (with an essay score of 5 TWE)
TOEFL Internet-based test (iBT) - Score of 46 (with a writing score of 14)
University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations - FCE with a pass at Grade C or CAE with a score of 47 (Cambridge English Scale 160-173)
Pearson Test of English (Academic) - PToE (Academic) score of 42
City & Guilds IESOL - B2 Communicator with a score of 42
