In your first year of study you will develop knowledge in business strategies and operations with core subjects in accounting, business communication, commercial law, business heritage, culture and sustainability, marketing, computing, management and applied research. You will focus on sales and marketing in the second and third years and will gain the specialist skills to be able to sell like a professional. Your study will cover: Food and beverage operations management Front office operations management Accommodation and facilities management Food and beverage management plus your choice of: Event logistics Consumer behaviour Organisational behaviour Project management Cooperative Education Project You will also participate in a hands-on Cooperative Education Project within a real business environment where you'll apply your learning for a minimum 400 hours and complete a significant research project for your host organisation. Please note that TANZ offers a selection of courses from the Bachelor of Applied Management, but not all courses required to complete the degree are currently available through fully online study. Programme structure To complete this Degree you are required to complete a minimum total of 360 credits. To be a full time student you need to maintain a workload of 120 credits per year.
