Learn how to recognise, analyse and solve global logistics and supply chain issues. This comprehensive, hands-on programme covers project management, operations management and e-commerce in relation to supply chain logistics. You'll learn from industry experts how to identify important phases of supply chain and logistical management from internal and external perspectives; evaluate and critique existing operations; identify supply chain and logistical issues; and create effective and sustainable management solutions. You'll also gain a practical understanding of e-commerce and its role in business; develop concepts and analytical methods for managing people and resources; explore the basic principles and terminology of project management; and appraise project plans using MS Project. A key component of your studies will be a work placement of 400 hours. During this time you'll be immersed in a real-word industry environment and have the opportunity to produce work of the highest quality as evidence of your development. Please note that TANZ offers a selection of courses from the Bachelor of Applied Management, but not all courses required to complete the degree are currently available through fully online study. Programme structure To complete this Degree you are required to complete a minimum total of 360 credits. To be a full time student you need to maintain a workload of 120 credits per year.
