Start of expanded content This course leads to two separate degrees. Depending upon your specialisation, you will be awarded one of: the Bachelor of Education (Honours) in Primary Education, or the Bachelor of Education (Honours) in Secondary Education, and the Bachelor of Science. You will gain all the benefits of each degree course (see Bachelor of Education (Honours)/Bachelor of Science) and be fully equipped to pursue a career in either Education or in Science or both. There is always a high demand for science and mathematics teachers. Increasingly there is a call for primary teachers with specialist expertise who can support schools to improve children's learning in science and mathematics through the use of engaging and creative learning and teaching techniques.
