This double degree course will immerse you in a range of conceptual and practical approaches to art making through workshops and classes to help develop your studio practice, while giving you a sound knowledge of the theories and practices that arts, social science and humanities professionals use every day. Combining Visual Arts with your choice of 40 majors and minors from our arts course means you can discover subjects you never knew existed and you can tailor your studies to your academic or personal interests, while exploring different career options. Start of expanded content This course leads to two separate degrees: the Bachelor of Visual Arts, and the Bachelor of Arts. You will gain all the benefits of each degree course (see Bachelor of Fine Art/Bachelor of Arts) and be fully equipped to pursue a career drawing on either separately or to combine the two in your chosen work. Arts combined with Visual Arts can open doors in the creative economy and provide opportunities in a diverse range of public contexts.
