专业简介
The Biomedicine degree is aimed at those with a broad interest in human life processes and disease. They involve the study of subjects such as biochemistry, cell biology, genetics and physiology which are at the heart of modern medical and health research. These subjects are taught with a particular emphasis on the molecules and mechanisms fundamental to life processes and how these are disrupted by disease. Students will spend their second year at a partner university in the USA, Canada or Australasia, taking similar courses to those on offer at Lancaster.
