This course critically engage with the political and international world and also gain an in-depth understanding of how numbers, metrics, statistics and quantitative analysis shape the world we live in and help us understand politics from the local to the global. Your degree includes participation in a quantitative methods work placement and an annual Quantitative Methods Spring Camp, as well as offering the opportunity to study abroad. You will emerge with the ability to utilise advanced quantitative methodologies, alongside analytical and communicative research and presentation skills obtained through independent and collaborative study. Our graduates have gone on to work for organisations including: NHS Graduate Scheme, Save the Children Korea, Reuters, IPSOS-MORI, and Labour Party. Examples of our graduates’ job roles include: Communications Officer, HR Management, Freelance Video Producer and Reporter, Parliamentary Researcher, Research Officer, Parliamentary Candidate.
