On this course you are able to specialise in Italian language and culture, while spending a quarter of your time learning Chinese. This degree allows you to study the language and culture of one of Europe’s most ancient civilisations. Combining Italian with Chinese is particularly useful as China becomes an increasingly important global player, economically and politically. You’ll graduate from this course as a highly qualified linguist with a deep understanding of key issues and developments in Italy’s past and present and advanced intercultural skills so you can compare and move between languages and cultures.
