Overview
This course brings together students from a diverse mix of academic backgrounds ranging from engineering, information technology and science, to management and business, in a way that facilitates dynamic multidisciplinary innovation and the exchange of ideas. You'll develop knowledge and skills required for effective management and responsible leadership, with a particular emphasis in project management. You'll explore a range of project management principles and their application within a quality management framework including developing a project management plan, verifying and controlling the project scope, defining, scheduling and allocating resources and monitoring project quality and best practice. We offer a flexible timetable that allows you to balance your study with other commitments. All core subjects are available as evening classes.
The qualification awarded on graduation is recognized in the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) as Level 9.
Career outcomes
Graduates may find roles in the management discipline and/or specifically in a broad range of roles as a project manager practitioner.
Professional recognition
Graduates of the Master of Management (Project Management) may apply for membership with the Project Management Institute (PMI). Membership may be subject to additional or ongoing requirements beyond completion of the degree. Please contact the relevant professional body for details.

English Language Requirements: IELTS (Academic): Overall score of 6.5 with no band less than 6.0; TOEFL Paper-based Test - Overall score of 575 with 5 or better in TWE (Test of Written English); TOEFL Internet based (iBT): Overall 79 with 13 in Reading, 12 in Listening, 18 in Speaking and 21 in Writing, Pearson Test of English (Academic) (PTE): Overall score of 58 with no communicative skill score less than 50, Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English (CAE): 176 with no less than 169 in any component, Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE): 176 with no less than 169 in any component.

An Australian Bachelor's degree in any discipline or an approved equivalent qualification. Admission may be granted to applicants without an undergraduate degree but with five or more years of relevant work experience. In making an offered to an applicant, the University may give consideration to a range of factors including English proficiency, academic record and employment experience.
