The Advanced Diploma of Music Industry (Performance) is suited to those with significant performance experience and solid music craft skills. Course outcomes You will have over seven hours of weekly contact time in Music Performance subjects, including individual lessons, small bands, larger ensembles, workshops, and performance platform. You will present a forty-minute recital in a Melbourne venue of your choice. You’ll also improve your music craft skills in theory, aural, improvisation, reading, keyboard, arranging, composition, and technology. You will network with many other musicians and students in other areas of music industry and learn new skills in teaching music to students. As a graduate, you can advance into the second year of our Bachelor of Music and gain credit towards our Bachelor of Songwriting and Music Production degree.
