Delve into the science behind agricultural plant production with the Bachelor of Science (Plant Agricultural Science). Students must have a recognized previous academic qualification. These qualifications are for standard entry and are based on comparisons with Australian year 12 level examinations. English language requirements: IELTS (Academic only) - 6.0 (or better) (no component lower than 5.5); TOEFL (paper based) - 550 (or better) (with a minimum Test of Written English Score of TWE 4.5); TOEFL (electronic or computer based) - 213 (or better) (with essay rating of at least 4.5); TOEFL (internet based) - 80 (or better) (with 19 minimum in all bands); Pearson (PTE Academic) - 50 (or better) (with no communicative score less than 50); Cambridge English Scale Scores for FCE, CAE and CPE3 - Cambridge English: First (FCE) with a score of 169 or above. No less than 162 in each skill.

Recommended prior study: Mathematics B and one of Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Science21 or equivalent. If students do not have the recommended Mathematics B Level for entry then they will be required to undertake MAT1000 Mathematics Fundamentals as an elective.
To apply for an undergraduate (or your first) university degree at USQ, you must have a recognised previous academic qualification.
