专业简介
This degree provides students with a comprehensive grounding in legal practice and legal skills with a focus on the interaction and impact of human societies on the environment.
Students will develop an understanding of environmental economics, environmental ethics, environmental law and governance and the national and international policy context, as they pertain to environmental management. Students will also be equipped with the skills required of an environmental practitioner and have the opportunity to undertake capstone projects or an industry placement.
The Bachelor of Laws (Honours) encompasses 30 credit points of research dissertation.
As well as the opportunity for career and skill advancement, the Honours program creates a pathway for Law students to move to Higher Degree Research (HDR) studies via the Master of Philosophy (MPhil) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programs.

English Language Requirements accepted: A minimum overall band score of 6.5 on IELTS (Academic) with no sub-score of less than 6.0; an internet-based (iBT) TOEFL score of 79 (no sub-score less than 19); a minimum score of 575 on TOEFL; or no score less than 3+ in each skill of the ISLPR (conducted by ISLPR Language Services only);or Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (CAE): Minimum grade of C on the or a Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE): Minimum grade of C on the or Pearson Test of English (Academic): Overall score of 58 with no score less than 50.

Students who meet the following criteria are eligible to apply for this program:
completion of Years 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Bachelor of Environmental Science/Bachelor of Laws (1564) or Bachelor of Environmental Science/Bachelor of Laws (1565) with an overall achievement of a Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 5.5.
English language requirements apply to International applicants and other applicants whose previous study was undertaken in a language other than English. The minimum English language requirements for such applicants for entry to this program are as follows: A minimum overall band score of 7.0 on IELTS (Academic) with no sub-score of less than 6.5 OR a minimum score of 580 on TOEFL OR an internet-based (iBT) TOEFL score of 92 (no sub-score less than 22) OR no score less than 4 in each skill of the ISLPR (conducted by ISLPR Language Services only) OR a minimum grade of C on the Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) OR an overall score of 65 in the Pearson Test of English (Academic) with no score less than 58.
