Prepare for organisational psychology practice by building your skills and gaining hands-on experience in the areas of critical analysis, problem solving, communication, consultation and organisational change. Undertake advanced coursework that revolves around the development of an organisation's human resources. You will learn and employ the 'scientist-practitioner' model to understand behaviour and apply practical techniques for the workplace. Develop your skills through 1000 hours of supervised clinical practice. You can apply the theoretical knowledge you learned through your courses in real-life settings such as consulting firms, government departments and not-for-profit organisations.
