Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) is a four-year program that will prepare you for a career as an engineer. Depending on your choice of major, you might work anywhere from infrastructure and hospitals to energy and software. Choose one major, dual major or extended major from 18 different options. UQ is home to the largest number of engineering disciplines in Queensland. Undertake a flexible first year, where you can mix and match introductory courses from across the majors to see what you like best. If you prefer, you can also enrol directly in your chosen major from day one. Business Management The Bachelor of Business Management is a three-year program designed to equip you with the skills and self-confidence to effectively manage a wide range of business environments. Choose to study one or two majors from a diversity of options. Majors are optional if you prefer, you can mix and match courses from different areas. Complete a range of compulsory courses that cover concepts relevant across the business world. You'll study topics including accounting, economics, law, marketing, business information systems, strategy, and more. Graduate with the skills to confidently lead people and projects. During your studies you'll hear from guest lecturers from industry, examine real-life case studies, and undertake projects, placements and internships with leading businesses.
