Our experts are working on exploring wave dynamics, removing sludge from wastewater, turning any water into drinking water, and using drones in viniculture. Industry aligned curriculum Undertake a research project in industry, and collaborate with experienced industry practitioners. As a Master of Environmental Engineering student, you will gain expertise in a range of areas including air pollution, clean production, environment management systems and more. You will develop a broad understanding of environmental practice and investigate themes that focus on waste management, energy and water resources. You will model and analyse the environmental impacts of engineering solutions and discover how to manage the environmental aspects of business. Course structure You’ll complete 100 points of study in the Master of Environmental Engineering. This includes four core subjects, focusing on environmental modelling, sustainable infrastructure and monitoring environmental impacts and environmental analysis tools. Choose your focus You’ll have the flexibility to focus on your chosen field of environmental engineering, choosing the equivalent of three subjects (37.5 points) from waste management, energy or water resources. Industry and research subjects No matter which stream you choose, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside our world-leading environmental engineering researchers in our Infrastructure Engineering Research Project subject. Work on an industry partnered project, or pursue your own exploratory research. Approved electives Broaden your environmental engineering expertise by undertaking one of our approved electives.
