A Tier 1 score in the National University Entrance Examination (Gaokao) at a recognised institution. English Language Requirements: IELTS score 6.0 overall with all bands 5.5 or higher; TOEFL iBT score 80; Minimum overall score of 52 in CAE prior to 2015 or a score of 169 in CAE from 2015; or a score of 50 in Pearson (PTE); or B/B+ in Certificate in English for Academic Study (CertEAS); or grade B in GIE.
国际学生入学条件
All applicants need to meet AUT’s minimum entry requirements qualification equivalent to New Zealand year 13 or University Entrance.
Preferred New Zealand school subjects:
Calculus, Digital Technologies, Mathematics, Statistics
Guaranteed entry:
Applicants will automatically be offered a place in this programme if they have gained University Entrance and have one or more subjects from Calculus, Mathematics, Statistics at NCEA level 3 or equivalent.
All other applicants who have met the admission requirements will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Students who do not have the above background may be directed to take certain papers in their first year of study.
Interview may be required.
