Lincoln University's Graduate Certificate in Commerce is aimed at a wide range of prospective students who wish to acquire new work-related knowledge. The Grad Cert programme can be completed in one semester of full-time study respectively. The programme focuses on finite areas of specialisation, and is an excellent way for people in the early stages of their careers to obtain a basic foundation in a particular discipline or to update or broaden their existing knowledge..
Summary of Regulations
The Graduate Certificate in Commerce requires 60 credits with a minimum of 45 credits at 300 level. The remaining 15 credits may be chosen from the Schedule of Courses.

Other English Language Requirements accepted: Pearson Test of English (Academic) with 58 - 50 in each communicative skill or Lincoln University EAP with 70%.

Completion of an undergraduate degree from an accredited higher education institution in New Zealand, or an approved equivalent status (ad eundem statum).
If English is not your first language, you will need to demonstrate that your English is good enough to study successfully at university. Lincoln University recognises achievement through a limited number of recognised tests of English Language. Below are the minimum standards for entry to the programme:
IELTS academic score of 6.0 overall, with no individual component less than 5.5
TOEFL (iBT) overall score of 60 (with at least 18 in writing)
Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) and First (FCE) overall score of 169, with no individual component less than 162
Pearson Test of English (Academic) overall score of 50 with no communicative skills score less than 42
NZ Certificates in English Language (NZCEL) Level 4 (Academic Endorsement)
Lincoln University English Language LU EL 65%.
