As a student of Sport and Exercise Sciences, you’ll use core life sciences disciplines to learn how the body and mind handle and learn from the demands placed on them in sport and exercise. This course gives you the perfect opportunity to explore the biological process of the body during physical activity.You’ll study four core disciplines: exercise physiology, biomechanics, motor control, and sport and exercise psychology – inviting you to ask questions such as: How do injuries occur? Is it possible to improve performance? How does the body react in an extreme environment? As well as having the chance to study something you’re passionate about, you can tailor the course to suit your interests.
