Ranked 10th in the world and 3rd amongst UK universities for nursing (QS World Rankings by Subject 2017), our innovative approach to teaching, founded upon patient perspectives, will help you become a trusted presence for service users across the field.On this three year full time degree you will implement your theoretical knowledge and demonstrate this understanding in a clinical setting across six placement opportunities, amassing 2300 hours of hands-on practice. In addition, our curriculum is values-based, to develop empathetic, perceptive and creative individuals who understand the unique needs of their patients, families and the greater community.Upon finishing your degree you will be eligible to apply for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (the body that regulates the UK profession).
