Do you want to develop your professional expertise and advance your career in marketing? The Master of Marketing is an innovative course that blends cutting-edge research and practice to deepen your marketing knowledge.
You will develop an understanding of strategic marketing constructs and focus your learning in specialist areas. Your knowledge will be developed through a blend of formal and informal approaches that promote learning and transformation.
You will have the opportunity to learn with and from a diverse range of professionals, who bring different, but complementary, knowledge and perspectives. You will also develop the confidence to create new strategies and unleash your creativity.
Flexible study options enable you to balance busy work schedules and personal commitments. Some units are offered in intensive five-day blocks, or two-day split blocks, in addition to evening classes and online options. The range of elective units on offer allows you to customise the course to suit your professional interests and career goals, and includes the opportunity to undertake a corporate project under supervision.
Professionals seeking a marketing career with a global enterprise are also encouraged to participate in one of our global study programs in marketing.
The course is structured in two parts: Part A. Mastery knowledge and Part B. Application studies. All students complete Part A. Depending upon prior qualifications you may receive credit for Part B.
PART A. Mastery knowledge
These units will provide you with a comprehensive study of core marketing topics and impacts on marketing within organisations. You will gain an appreciation of key concepts and contemporary practice to develop your capacity to operate as a critical and creative professional.
PART B. Application studies
These studies will advance your knowledge and skill development, and provide you with specialist professional insights and advanced practical skills that can be applied in marketing.

Applicants must have a relevant bachelor degree or equivalent. English language requirements: IELTS 7.0 no band lower than 6.5, or TOEFL 600 with a TWE of 5, or an internet-based TOEFL score of 100 with 24 plus in Writing and no section lower than 20
国际学生入学条件
Entry level 1:
Applicants must have completed an Australian bachelor degree or an equivalent qualification with a preferred Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 60% or an equivalent GPA as determined by the faculty. Applicants will be ranked based on relevant employment and marketing experience, their entire academic record and statement of purpose.
Relevant employment and marketing experience will normally be evidenced by:
a major in marketing and 2 years work experience
or
a minimum of three years employment experience with at least 1 year of professional/managerial experience.
Entry level 2:
Applicants must have completed an Australian undergraduate honours degree (or equivalent) in marketing with at least a WAM of 60% and relevant work experience.
or
Applicants must have completed an Australian undergraduate degree (or equivalent) and an Australian graduate certificate (or equivalent) in marketing with at least a WAM of 60% and relevant work experience.
English entry requirements
Level A
IELTS: 6.5 overall (no band lower than 6.0)
TOEFL Paper-based test: 550 with a TWE of 4.5
TOEFL Internet-based test: score of 79 overall with minimum scores: Writing: 21, Listening: 12, Reading: 13 and Speaking: 18
