We have strong links with clinical schools in the University, so you will have the opportunity to widen your breadth of knowledge via contact with biochemists, physiologists, pharmacologists, and cell biologists. This clinical link is a valuable element, as this course focuses particularly on the clinical and medical aspects of biochemistry over your second and third years.
