This course covers much of the same ground as the BEng qualification, while being additionally equivalent to an MSc degree. Your degree is accredited by the Joint Board of Moderators, which is made up of the Institution of Civil Engineers, the Institution of Structural Engineers, the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, and the Institute of Highway Engineers. In order to see it through, you’ll have to be confident of your academic ability. Students who are doing well in the second year of the BEng course are given the option to switch to this MEng Course, adding another year of study.
