The only Foundation Degree in English and History in Wales, this course provides a unique combination of classroom-based study and flexible, work based learning. You will benefit from small classes, tailored supervision and the opportunity to complete an honours degree in English and/or History from the University of South Wales. You will be encouraged to put your new skills into practice through relevant work placements, with your qualification potentially leading to a number of career opportunities, including teaching, law and social work.

Holders of the National Senior High School Certificate, Chinese University Entrance Examination or Matriculation Examination wishing to study business will be considered for direct admission to first degree business programmes. Students who do not meet the entry requirement will be considered for a Foundation year.
