This course combines critical and creative work and practice, depending on your interests and career plans. The main aims are to provide an introduction to independent research in film studies; to develop the skills and knowledge required for the critical study of film; to develop the skill of cognition and of written and oral expression appropriate to film research; to develop the skills and knowledge required for progression to higher levels of study in critical and creative studies.
