Celtic & Anglo-Saxon Studies focuses on the history, culture and literature of the Celtic and Anglo-Saxon worlds. The programme also includes several language options and courses on Celtic literature in the modern age. Taught by leading inter-disciplinary research staff, you will benefit from being taught by world-leading experts in the Celtic and Anglo-Saxon fields. You are assessed by any combination of three assessment methods: coursework such as essays and reports completed throughout the course; practical assessments of the skills and competencies learnt on the course; and written examinations at the end of each course. Graduates gain essential skills, which include critical thinking, oral and written communication, task management, and organised and disciplined working practices.
