We will cover how the healthy human body works during exercise, how to prevent or rehabilitate following injury, as well as how sport and physical activity promote health.The programme has been mapped against the British Association for Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES) accreditation framework, which covers practical ability in laboratory techniques, reflective practice, theoretical basis of the physiology and psychology of sports and exercise.
