专业简介
This course conducts research on the development of novel statistical and epidemiological methods and their applications. The methodological strengths of staff are in spatial statistics and longitudinal data analysis. The applied research spans a wide range of clinical settings both in the UK and internationally with collaborations in Europe, Africa, North and South America. Research topics can focus on either methodological development, substantive application, or a blend of the two. You will be allocated a space in a shared office and will be encouraged to attend and make presentations at scientific meetings both within the UK and overseas.

Students must have studied for at least 4 years duration. For courses that require a 2:1 equivalent, students must have achieved 80- 85% in Bachelor's degree. For courses that require a 2:2 equivalent, they must have achieved 75-80 %. Higher grades may be required depending on the ranking of the institution.
