专业简介
This course provides a unique combination of HR, management development and consulting, enabling careers in HR, management consultancy, management and organisational development. Taking a critical perspective, our dual focus on theory and practice is designed to enrich both your knowledge and your skills to act as a change agent designing and implementing interventions that develop human resources in pursuit of organisational objectives.
With a primary focus on interactive learning, a unique feature of the programme is the consulting project where you put your learning into practice by working with a real client organisation to develop recommendations on current HR workplace issues. The programme is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Upon successful completion students can gain Associate (Assoc CIPD) level of professional membership of the CIPD.

Students must have studied for at least 4 years duration. For courses that require a 2:1 equivalent, students must have achieved 80- 85% in Bachelor's degree. For courses that require a 2:2 equivalent, they must have achieved 75-80 %. Higher grades may be required depending on the ranking of the institution.

Students need to have an Overall score of at least 7.0, with no individual element below 6.0.
