This is for you if you want to develop your understanding of the principles of economics and an appreciation of their application to the study of financial systems and institutions. Financial Economics deals with the fascinating world of pricing, interest rates and shares and how rational (or even irrational!) decisions affect them. You will explore the global role of these financial systems in modern economics and learn to analyse the impact of economic events on financial markets.
