A Masters in Finance from the Australian National University equips graduates with the necessary skills to excel in the global financial marketplace. Applicants must have completed a recognised undergraduate or postgraduate degree, certificate and/or relevant work experience, as appropriate, and satisfied any individual program subject prerequisites. English Language Requirements accepted: a score of 570 with TWE score of 4.5 in TOEFL (paper based test); Cambridge CAE Advanced score of 80 (Grade A); PTE Academic overall score of 64 with a minimum score of 55 in each section. For applicants under medicine program, undergraduate law, and legal workshop programs should hold: a score of 600 with TWE score of 5.0 in TOEFL (paper based test); Cambridge CAE Advanced score of 95 (Grade A); PTE Academic overall score of 70 with a minimum score of 60 in each section.

A Bachelor degree or international equivalent with a minimum GPA of 5.0/7.0.
Applicants with a Bachelor Degree or Graduate Certificate in a cognate discipline may be eligible for 24 units (one semester) of credit.
Applicants with a Graduate Diploma or Honours in a cognate discipline may be eligible for 48 units (one year) of credit.
Students must achieve a minimum 60% weighted average mark in the initial component to continue to the concluding component.
Students who do not achieve a minimum of 60% weighted average mark in the initial component will be transferred to the Master of Applied Finance.
Academic IELTS overall score of 6.5 with at least 6 in each component of the test; TOEFL internet based test score of 80, with a minimum of 20 in Reading and Writing and 18 in Speaking and Listening; TOEFL paper based test score of 570 with TWE score of 4.5; Cambridge CAE Advanced score of 176 overall with at least 169 in all sub skills; PTE Academic score of Overall 64, minimum score of 55 in each section.
