Overview The Master of Advanced Medicine degree is a one-year (full-time) program that is ideally suited to those who have completed a relevant College training program (or equivalent) and who wish to acquire a university qualification demonstrating mastery of clinical competence in a particular specialisation, acquisition of life-long learning skills and a capacity for leadership. It is intended for doctors who wish to develop specific expertise in a medical sub-specialty as well as understanding research and leadership capabilities. Applicants must have four years post-graduate experience, including evidence of a commitment to medical training. Applications from doctors who are nearing completion a college program may be considered for admission, provided that they complete their training prior to graduation.
