The Graduate Diploma in Public Administration aims to provide a broad overview of issues in public policy, management and administration and to provide a foundation for those wishing to pursue studies at the Masters level.
Learning outcomes
Graduates with a Graduate Diploma in Public Administration will be able to:
understand contemporary trends and developments in public policy, public sector administration and management in both developed and developing countries
demonstrate the ability to apply relevant theories in explaining and analysing real world public policy, public sector administration and management problems.

Applicants must have equivalent of a three-year Australian bachelors degree. Some degrees may require work experience to meet the entry requirements. A reference or statement from the employer will be required. Special requirements apply to the four-year Doctor of Medicine. English language requirements: IELTS (Academic): 7.0 Overall with 7.0 Speaking, 7.0 Writing; 7.0 Reading, 7.0 Listening; TOEFL Paper 600 Overall 5.0 TWE; TOEFL (Internet): 96 Overall with 24 Speaking, 24 Writing, 24 Reading; 24 Listening; Pearson PTE Academic: 65 Overall with 65 Speaking, 65 Writing, 65 Reading; 65 Listening; Cambridge English Advanced (CAE) with a grade of C.
