The Graduate Certificate in Organisational Learning is designed for professionals who aim to build the human capital of their organisations to achieve its mission and strategic goals. It is of direct relevance to those individuals in leadership positions and human resources/organisational development roles. The course seeks to provide you with the ability to analyse the existing learning and knowledge context for your own organisation, formulate strategies to develop and improve the organisational learning in their workplace, and harness organisational and individual knowledge to achieve strategic goals. The program is offered by the College of Education, Psychology and Social Work and includes core and option topics from the Flinders College of Business, Government and Law. This gives you considerable flexibility in terms of your future study plans. What you will study The program consists of 18 units, with core topics in the areas of knowledge management for organisational learning and evaluation methods. Option topics are available in leadership, managing innovation in organisations, educational governance, and critical systems thinking and practice. Your career Graduates can go on to further their careers in roles such as knowledge managers, human resource managers, school principals, university administrators, and line managers with a strong focus in human resource and organisational development.
