Career outcomes The program is accredited with the Australian Human Resources Institute and as such prepares graduates for careers in generalist or specialist human resource professional roles. Generalist positions include human resources assistant, officer, manager or director and these may be located in corporate and private firms as well as public institutions. Specialist positions may include those involved with employment relations, recruitment and placement consulting, training and development specialists, management and executive coaching, as well as consulting careers.
