Tourism and hospitality are rapidly growing industries and may offer a variety of career paths. This field suits people who are interested in travel and who enjoy meeting new people.
This major will provide you with the relevant knowledge and skills to become an effective manager in the complementary sectors of tourism and hospitality in Australia and overseas.
Your study will include contemporary issues in tourism, managing tourism destinations, hospitality industry management and tourism marketing. There will be opportunities to interact with industry groups as many of the units focus on real-life clients and case studies.
