Selected major: Data Management Specialised knowledge and focused skills are needed to design, build, configure and administer database systems. A major in data management offers hands-on experience for those interested in database design, implementation and management. This major also covers contemporary issues relating to master data management, cloud storage, social media data and non-relational databases. Future careers may include database architecture, database design, database application development and data services management. Course structure Successful completion of the Bachelor of Business Information Systems requires students to complete units of study to the value of 300 credit points. All units of study are valued at 12.5 credit points unless otherwise stated.
