Majors Mobile Application Development This major focuses on the design and development of apps for mobile platforms such as iOS or Android. Industrial standards will be introduced to build responsive webs, various apps and games for mobile applications. The development and deployment of apps for mobile platforms will be the main practice. Networks and Information Security This major focuses on the design and management of network systems. Industrial standards will be introduced to design, secure and manage local and wide area networks. Network design and security administration will be the main practice. Software Design and Development This major focuses on the design and development of enterprise software systems. Industrial standards will be introduced to build reliable, scalable, secure and fully distributed enterprise software systems. Enterprise software architecture and component interaction will be the main practice. PROGRAM STRUCTURE You are required to complete 15 units, comprising of 11 discipline units within a selected major and 4 electives. Majors can be selected from Mobile Application Development or Network Security or Software Development. The course also offers a 12 credit point capstone project where you demonstrate your knowledge by completing a discipline project.
