专业简介
This course offers a thorough grounding in journalism studies and introduces debates in the field. It covers a range of topics including the impact of digital technologies on journalism practice and the relationship between journalism and politics. You will also be introduced to the practice of research, undertaking an independent research project. You will also have the opportunity to choose optional modules from across the School. The course is designed to cater for international students who wish to study journalism at MA level, perhaps for the first time, and graduates who have a background in journalism.

For Postgraduate qualification, students need to have 4 year Bachelor degrees or 1-2 year Masters: for courses requiring 2.1, students should have percentage of 75% (Prestigious), 80% (Non Prestigious), 85% (Independent college), for courses requiring 2.2 needs to have percentage of 70% (Prestigious), 75% (Non Prestigious), 80% (Independent college). The entry requirements are usually referred in terms of standard British qualifications (good honors degree). However, applications from students with equivalent qualifications are also accepted.
