This course will teach you about current research, policy and practice in adult nursing and give you the clinical skills and knowledge you need for entry in to the Nursing and Midwifery Council professional register as an adult nurse. We take a local community approach where you will gain practice experience within hospitals, communities and primary care services within a single locality setting provided by our health community partners. The course is half practice and half theory. We'll teach you how to apply what you learn to a practical setting and improve your skills in leadership and problem solving. On completion of this course our graduates are passionate about improving people's lives. They join the healthcare professions, healthcare management, research, community project coordination, patient advocacy and health education.
