In this course you learn the theory and the practical skills you need to create semiconductor devices and circuits. Core subjects include: integrated circuit technology and basic VLSI design; electronic device design; and semiconductor light-emitting diodes and laser diodes. This course is accredited by the Institution of Engineering and Technology on behalf of the Engineering Council for the purposes of fully meeting the academic requirement for registration as a Chartered Engineer.
